HOW FAST?

Our normal turnaround is 5 business days from artwork approval; 10 days or more for orders over 100 pieces. Large quantity (250+ items) quoted separately.

Express Service AvailableExpress Service: We also offer 1-3 day service on specific items in our catalog at no extra charge. If you have an immediate deadline, look for this symbol. This symbol identifies items that are in-stock for orders under 50 pieces with 1-3 day turnaround. Otherwise, we have a minimum $50 rush charge for items not part of this program. Ask customer service for more details.

Rush Charge:
5% of order total ($50 minimum charge) for orders due in less than 3 days. Express Service items do not apply to this policy.

Waterford and Mikasa special order items are subject to manufacturer inventory.

We ship via FedEXShipping:
Fedex Ground (standard method)
Fedex Express (all service levels)
Shipping Charges added to all orders, FOB Dallas, Texas
