HOW TO ORDER

1.	Select your items using the secure ordering system. You may order up to 10 different item numbers with the online system. Larger orders are best communicated by phone or an email to our staff.
2.	Checkout and provide your email, billing and shipping addresses. You will receive an email confirmation and order number. You will then reply with the information and artwork files for engraving.
3.	We will prepare proofs of the engraving layouts for each item and return them for your approval by email. Our art department will work with you directly by email and phone until we have the artwork exactly as you wish.

NO ORDER IS FINAL, OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS COLLECTED UNTIL YOU HAVE GIVEN FINAL APPROVAL OF ARTWORK PROOFS

A few important notes about the order process:

• The custom nature of our service requires effective communication. If you prefer the telephone to conduct business, we understand and welcome your call during business hours so that we may personally serve you.

• It is not necessary to have all your engraving information (i.e., the winners’ names, etc.) finalized when placing your initial order, however placing your order in advance helps us make sure the inventory is available in advance of your deadline.

• We keep detailed records of all your projects on file, making re-orders simple.

• Privacy and security are built into our system. No sensitive customer information is stored online, or shared with others.
