At Recognition Source, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from artwork/proof approval. Larger orders (100+ pieces) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process, typically up to 5-7 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days (domestic).

Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Delivery by next business day.
International Shipping is available to select countries. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the courier's website and entering the tracking number provided.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Recognition Source is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at sales@recognitionsource.com to correct the issue before the package ships.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Some items may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions in certain countries. If this is the case, you will be notified at checkout.

Please note that Recognition Source is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international shipments.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@recognitionsource.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but if your order is lost in transit, we will do our best to help locate it.
8. Returns & Exchanges
As all of our orders are custom engraved, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
